Veteran Chef Jacob Stephens comes from a long line of culinary artists. Growing up in the kitchen, Stephens was installed with a passion to create innovative flavor combinations. With Wake the Truck Up, Stephens has set out to fill a need he saw in the food truck industry, a lack of inventive breakfast options. With 16 years of experience, Chef is excited to be bringing high end, farm fresh ingredients to his customers while putting his unique twist on breakfast favorites.
